      Our manifesto

You are human, act like it · Imperfections are perfect, they're a side-effect of being alive · Build trust, make mistakes but think of them as lessons - it is never about the mistakes we make, how we rectify them is the important bit · Be honest, with yourself and others · Explore the edges, experiment, claim your space... you belong here · Be open - to new things, people and experiences · Say yes, say no, start again · Use your inner compass, follow your intuition and adapt as you go · Unlock your imagination, creativity isn't linear.... it comes from anywhere, at any time and there is always space to put yours out into the world · Connect, act, think, learn · Work with people who know their s**t · There is magic in the people you meet and the things you create with them - the future is built on collective effort · Human connection is both beautiful and necessary · Being lost helps you find yourself, building a personal brand helps you define yourself and if you don't like something, change it... this is your life · Do work that matters to you · Change jobs, build a business, grow a community... enjoy the journey · Stay curious and humble · Keep it simple · Focus on people and impact · Bring your humanness with you and the rest will follow · Brandable & Co.

A few words from our Founder: Sallee Poinsette-Nash

"People fascinate me and as a company owner and brand strategist, I genuinely love the work I do. When it comes to work, especially in the corporate space, it can often feel like we've been conditioned to be 'professional', but this does not mean that we can't be ourselves. There are so many interesting, inspiring and meaningful aspects to people, which often remain hidden at work, and throughout the brand DNA process I have the opportunity to see people for who they truly are... and it's one of my favourite parts of the job. I've been doing this work for over 12 years, either as a business or brand consultant and I set up Brandable & Co. to encourage more people to show up fully and to advise organizations on how to leverage their people assets. It makes me happy to see Brandable & Co. going from strength to strength because that means that we are changing people's lives, careers, and businesses for the better. However, one of my non-negotiables is paying it forward. It's something I've always done and I am never comfortable with take, unless it's balanced out with give, so being able to add a giving component to the business was something close to my heart" (see our #payitforward initiative)

"I have 20 years of high-level business and brand building experience gained from CEO and COO positions, international project delivery and brand strategy and advisory board roles to a high-profile client list. I'm an introvert who has had to learn to take my own advice when it comes to having a public profile and thankfully it is becoming more comfortable as time goes on! I'm a reluctant speaker, an avid writer and a regular in the media - coverage includes: The Daily Telegraph, Daily Mail, BBC, Good Housekeeping, Tatler, Femail, Mail Online, Bustle, Startups Magazine, Woman magazine and many more. I'm humbled to have been named as one of the top 12 Women to Watch 2020, one of Sifted's top ten European startup influencers as well as being listed as one of the '14 most important start-up influencers in London' 2018. I am also thrilled to share that Brandable & Co. was awarded Best Corporate Branding Agency UK at the Business Excellence Awards 2020 and Corporate Branding Agency Of The Year 2020, UK at the Corp Today 2020 Global Business Awards."
