    We're a UK-based, award-winning, people-brand agency with a global reach. We have a passion for being human at work and bringing people to the forefront of careers, companies and corporate organisations. Established in 2018 by Sallee Poinsette-Nash, one of the UK's leading people-brand experts, Brandable & Co. exists to advance individuals, organisations and wider-society. We're an award-winning, UK-based brand strategy agency with a global reach and a passion for being human at work; specialising in personal, career and leadership brand strategy to diversify and drive commercial, competitive and collaborative advantage for individuals, companies and global organisations.

     

    Alongside brand strategy work, we love working with speakers at corporate events and our sister company Speakable & Co specialises in delivering speaker management, coaching and support at large global events, in addition to speaker coaching, development and training for individuals.

    "I'm an introvert who loves people and as a company owner and brand strategist, I genuinely love the work we do at Brandable & Co. When it comes to careers, especially in the corporate space, it can often feel like people have been conditioned to be 'professional', but this is too often misinterpreted as 'you can't be yourself', which I'm driven to change! There are so many interesting, inspiring and meaningful aspects to people, which often remain hidden at work, and throughout the brand DNA process I have the privilege of seeing people for who they are and working with them to bring more of their humanness to the surface... it's one of my favourite parts of the job. I launched Brandable & Co. backed by over 20 years of high-level business strategy, commercial acumen and brand building experience gained from CEO and COO positions, international project delivery, brand strategy and advisory board roles to a high-profile client list. I've been delivering elements of this work for over 14 years, but I wanted to take the impact further and pioneer a shift in how companies show up and market themselves. I'm building this business to advance careers, develop confidence and advise organisations on how to leverage their people assets. I'm proud to witness Brandable & Co. going from strength to strength because that means that we are changing people's lives, careers, and businesses for the better"
