    At Brandable & Co, we believe in the power of giving back. While we are endlessly grateful for the brilliant work we do with our clients, we’re equally inspired by the countless changemakers who are dedicated to transforming lives, often with limited resources. These extraordinary individuals and organisations work tirelessly, often on minimal budgets or modest salaries, driven by their passion to make a difference. Paying it forward isn't just a philosophy; it's in our DNA and for our founder Sallee Poinsette-Nash, and everyone on the Brandable team, it's a way of life. From day one, we felt a responsibility to leave the world of work and its people better than we found them. That's why when we launched Brandable & Co. in 2018, we also introduced our #payitforward initiative as a core part of who we are and what we do.

    Through this initiative, we partner with remarkable organisations each year to deliver pro bono workshops, talks, and events to share the knowledge and tools that people and communities need to thrive. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with schools, universities, mentoring programmes, charities, NGOs, and non-profits, typically focusing on careers education, nurturing future leaders, and amplifying women-led initiatives. Regardless of the focus area, we're open to anyone with a meaningful mission. We're incredibly proud of the impact we’ve made so far but there are always opportunities to do more. If you know of a person, group or organisation that could benefit from our #payitforward initiative, we’d love to hear from you.   • STOP UNDERSELLING YOURSELF

    One year. One million people

    In response to the knock-on effects of the pandemic on people's careers, Sallee Poinsette-Nash set herself a very public 12-month challenge in 2021: reach one million people in one year, and encourage them to stop underselling themselves. As self-worth disappeared with jobs, confidence fatigue set in after repeated unsuccessful interviews and mental health suffered under a relentless wave of fear-driven media coverage, this challenge sought to provide hope, empowerment and a much-needed confidence boost.

    To get the message out globally, we ran pro bono events, shared impactful content and partnered with organisations to amplify the campaign. The goal wasn't profit; it was creating a positive impact, so we included #stopundersellingyourself as one of our Pay It Forward projects, ensuring that every event, piece of content and initiative was delivered free of charge.

    This campaign exceeded all expectations, reaching an incredible 1,422,041 people and likely many more whose lives were positively impacted in ways we may never know. We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported this career-confidence-boosting initiative and helped make such a difference during an exceptionally challenging time.
